I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received at Rudolph Mazda service! First, they answer the phone right away and secondly, don’t get frustrated or upset or respond in a non professional manner to concerns of their customers. I didn’t have my car for over a month and had it at another shop, but as soon as it got towed to Rudolph, it was ready within the week!
Liza was amazing from beginning to end. She explained everything about the car and even took the trouble of giving me a ride home twice! I had been putting off getting a car because I find it stressful and cumbersome but she made very easy for me. I am definitely happy and I love the car.

Lisa was great to work with. While initially, she was hesitant to work the deal out with me over the phone, she realized I was serious and made it happen. That allowed me to take my wife to the dealership and close the deal quickly on Valentine’s Day. I have purchased many cars, and this by far was the best experience I ever had.

I really enjoyed doing business with this Mazda dealership. After the VERY frustrating experience with Hyundai, this was great! I was on a really tight schedule when my Honda Ridgeline developed a problem, I contacted Mr. Willie Ray and he got my Ridgeline right in, had it check out, found the problem and had it repaired. Excellent service!!
