ISSUE- Brought my 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 in for a factory recall/ warranty extension; the top portion of the dash board was separating from the climate control/ audio screen.CUSTOMER SERVICE- Came is last minute on a Saturday morning. Rachel, who knew what she was talking about, and didn’t give me the “your car needs a bunch of unnecessary bs!”) and the service department staff were great!. Luckily for me they had a new dashboard in stock, and within 20 minutes of checking me in the technician was disassembling my interior; started at 8:30, finished by 10:27am.WORKMANSHIP- Will write a follow up review with their actual work; any lose panels, screws, noises, etc. after my drive back from Los Angeles. I’ve been here 3 times for maintenance and services with no issues. I recommend coming to this Mazda dealer on the West Side instead of the other one.
